Trixie was a beauty all the way around.

She was great company and well trained; a pleasure to have around. Loved to curl up behind your legs while lounging on the couch.

Trixie and Jack had been lost in the winter, up north, when she was in her first year. I put up signs and someone called to let me know Trixie showed up at their basement window a few days later. Her paws were somewhat frost bitten. But she was safe and found. Jack was never recovered.

After Norton came into the picture, Trixie and I shared our first pregnancy. She had her pups and I had Erin. Soon after, Trixie's eye developed an abcess behind it. It was treated, but swelled up again. I had to make the difficult decision to put her down.
