Wife of Adolph Getterson. The Herald Palladium carried an obituary for Olga Getterson on 10 Jan 1984 and it reads: "Olga Getterson, 78, of 967 Pipestone, Benton Harbor, died Monday at Mercy Hospital, Benton Harbor. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Fairplain Chapel of Florin Funeral Services, where friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Crystal Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Getterson was born Oct. 24, 1905 in Volinia, Russia. Survivors include: four daughters-Mrs. Robert (Geraldine) Dick of Brookville, Fla., Mrs. William (Norma) Kechkaylo, 0f Berrien Springs, Mrs. Calvin (Eleanore) Benedix and Miss Bernice Getterson, both of Benton Harbor; a son, Ralph of Benton Harbor; nine grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren."
