Rites For Infant Daughter Are Held At St. Nazianz

St. Nazianz - The funeral of Doris Hammel, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hammel, Jr., who died at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, following a brief illness, was held Thursday. The services was held at 12:30 p.m. at the home and at 1:15 o'clock at the Newtonburg church.
The pallbearers were Misses Alice and Gladys Lindemann, Loretta and Verna Goldbeck.
Out-of-town persons at the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Christ Boem and son, Louis; Lena Boem, Mr. and Mrs. George Hammel of Manitowoc; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Horstman, Manitowoc; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Leonard and daughter, Audrey' Mrs. Arthur Hammel and children of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. E. Hammel of Schleswig; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Schroeder, Mrs. Ed Benke, Mr. and Mrs. August Schwalbe Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Fred Damm, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Damm and Mr. and Mrs. John Damm of Collins.
The child was seven months and twenty-one days old. She is survived by her parents; one sister, Delores, and three brothers, Gordon, Leroy and Daniel.
