Eva Elizabeth Birch Myers formerly of Cokeville, passed away on May 29, following a brief battle with lung cancer. Eva was born July 17, 1921, to Olive and Samuel Lewis in Paris, Idaho. Following graduation from high school, she moved to Cokeville where she worked for the Noblitt family. Here she met Gene Birch. They were married on Dec 24, 1941. Gene and Eva lived and raised their four sons, Allan birch of Salt Lake City, Utah, Glenn and Jim Birch of Cokeville and Lanny Birch who passed away last September. Her husband Gene passed away in 1969. She moved to Salt Lake City after the boys were all grown where she has lived for the last 30 years. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was grandmother to fourteen and great grandmother to twenty-seven children.
