Mrs. Pearl N. Berger, 76, of Kunkletown R.2, died Friday in Palmerton Hospital. She was the wife of Paul C. Berger.
She formerly was a cook at the Polk Elementary School, Kresgeville, for 13 years.
Born in Jonas, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Snyder) Kreger.
She was a member of Jerusalem United Church of Christ, Trachsville.
Surviving with her husband are three daughters, Mary Jane, wife of Robert Jackson of Pittsburgh, Marjorie, wife of James Beltz of Allentown, and Mrs. Marion Smith of Gilbert; three sons, Paul W. of Palmerton, Robert A. of Kresgeville, and Elbert E. of Swiftwater; four sisters, Mrs. Eva Borger and Mrs. Lillian Borger, both of Palmerton, Mrs. Florence Cleres of Kresgeville, and Pauline, wife of Delbert Frable of Kunkletown R.3; 20 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Kresge Funeral Home, Brodheadsville. A calling hour will precede the services.
