Mrs. R. J. Dahlke, 60, died suddenly about 2 a.m., Tuesday at her home at 921 North Plum Street, after having been ill only about an hour. Death was probably due to heart trouble. Mrs. Dahlke nee Ottille Krause, was born in Germany in 1872. She was united in marriage to Mr. Dahlke in 1896. Besides her husband, she leaves four daughters, Mrs. Eugene Enyeart of North Platte, Mrs. Fred Vinecore of Los Angeles; Adele Dahlke of Fort Meade, S.D. and Mrs. W. Grothendick of this city and one son, Ernest also of this city. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, pending word from the daughters away from home.

Dahlke, whose sudden death occurred suddenly early Tuesday at the family home, 921 North Plum Street, will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, at the Evans Funeral Chapel. Rev. Oscar Hausmann of St. Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church will officiate and burial will be in Grand Island Cem. Two daughters Mrs. Eugene Enyeart of North Platte and Miss Adele Dahlke of Fort Meade, S.D. arrived in the city Wednesday to be in attendance at the funeral.
