Beulah Steeves, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Steeves of Wyanett, died at the Northwestern
hospital last Sunday. She was brought to the hospital for treatment for appendicitis, after suffering a week from the disease. Dr. Cooney
drained a large abdominal abscess Saturday, but the patient could not survive the operation.
The funeral was held at Princeton M. E church
Monday afternoon, Rev. Swinnerton officiating. Interment was in Oak Knoll. Beulah Steeves was born Feb. 15, 1897. and was at the time of her
death seven years and eleven months of age. Her disposition was singularly sweet and patient, winning the love of every one who knew her. She
