The Southern Illinoisan, Tuesday, October 17, 1989 Goldia Webster, 90, of 2503 E. St. Louis St died at 10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 1989, in the Skilled Care Unit of Franklin Hospital in Benton. Mrs. Webster was a homemaker. She was a charter member of the R.W.I. Club and a member of East Fork Church. She was born Sept. 22, 1899, in West Frankfort to Mose and Louella (Jackson) Clemons. She married Richard Webster in 1917. He died in 1974. Survivors include one son, Byford Webster of West Frankfort; one daughter, Geraldine Adams of West Frankfort; one sister, Ruby Hampton of Johnston City; three brothers, Barney, John and Nealey Clemons; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Services were held at Union Funeral Home.
