Joe Walton Bailey, age 95, of Senecaville, Ohio died Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on August 31, 1909, son of the late Frank Herbert and Pearl Walton Bailey.Joe was a retired coal miner and foreman from Fairpoint Coal Company. He played football at Bluefield High School and Bluefield College.
