Aileen Greer Adams, 88, of Catlettsburg, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at her home.
Aileen would have had her 89th birthday next week.
She was born February 16, 1923, in Jenkins, to the late Conley Greer and Sarah Ann Mullins Greer.
She had been a resident of Boyd County since 1986. She was a member of Pilgrim Rest Old Regular Baptist Church at Beefhide for many
years.
In addition to her parents, Aileen was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Adams, a daughter, Lairane Adams Meade, and a grandchild, Cynthia Blair. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Arietta Mullins and Retha Addington, three brothers, Oakie, Godfrey and Harold Eugene Greer, and two sons-in-law, Greg Blair and Hallard Meade.
