Born in Posey Co. to Angeline (Bradley) and William Exline, she lived a short time in Chicago ILL. where she met and married Norman Milner. They moved to Princeton, KY for a few years & then during WW II, back to Indiana, residing in Evansville until her death. Mother of 4 daughters, active in church, Girl Scouts, and a homemaker and mother to her family.
