His father Jonathan signed an agreement with his widow Mary, on June 8, 1752, which is included in the probate file of said father, who died in 1756. It states his deceased son, her late husband, died without children. Mary may keep for ever the indoor movables she brought with her into the marriage as well as a cow and sheep given to her by her father; and two hundred and fifty pounds old tenor which her husband Jonathan hath given her.
