Old Resident Of Verona Is Dead, Age 77
Thomas Davidson, Retired Farmer, Succumbs; Was Pioneer There
Thomas Davidson, 77, second oldest resident of Verona, died at that place this morning. Mr. Davidson was born in Verona and has lived in that vicinity all his life having operated a farm up to four years ago when he retired.
Besides his widow, he is survived by one son, W. L. Davidson, Madison; three daughters, Mrs. J. Clow and Miss Jessie Davidson, Verona, and Mrs. Albert Bookhout, Morrisonville; one brother, Adam, Verona; and three sisters, Mrs. Sarah Thomas, Dodgeville, Mrs. B. Proud, Highmore, S. D., and Mrs. D. McMabon, Miller, S. D.
Funeral services will be held at Verona at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon.
