Pittsville—Mrs. Anna Becker, 77,
died at the home of her son Joseph
Becker, Route 1, Pittsville, at 2
o'clock Wednesday afternoon.
She was born August 21, 1867, at
Neuenstadt, Germany, and at the
age of 21 came to America to live
at La Mars, Iowa. She has lived with
her son for the past seven and one
half years, residing in the town of
Rock 31 years previous to that time.
Her husband died three weeks
ago. She is survived by four chil-
dren, Joseph Becker and Mrs. Ed-
ward Brandt, Route 1, Pittsville;
Mrs. Robert Kroening, Milwaukee,
and Albert Becker of Richfield.
Three sons, Edward, Tony and John
died previously.
Funeral services will be held at
9:30 Saturday morning at Corpus
Chrtsti Catholic church at Baker-
ville, the Rev. Arthur Cramer office-
ating. Burial will be in the parish
cemetery.
