Bakerville Thursday
Pittsville—Funeral services for
the late John Becker, 80, Pittsville,
who died Monday at St. Joseph's
hospital in Marshfield, were held
Thursday morning at the Corpus
Christi church in Bakerville, the
Rev. Arthur Cramer officiating.
Mr. Becker and his wife lived
with their son, Joe Becker, in Pitts-
ville since December, 1943. Pre-
vious to that time they resided on
a farm near Pittsville from 1915
to 1936.
Surviving, in addition to his
wife, are four children, Joseph and
Mrs. Ed Brandt, both of Pittsville;
Mrs. Robert Kroening, Milwaukee;
Albert of Richfield; 12 grandchild-
ren and one great-grandchild.
Three sons died previously.
Burial was in the parish ceme-
tery at Bakerville.
