Patricia Kringe Kotzer, 82, passed away Thursday in Azle,Texas.
Patricia was born in 1928 to Charles and Veronica Kringe of Hazleton.
She received her education degree from Bloomsburg University and Master of Arts degree in education from Temple University.
Patricia retired from the Hazleton Area School District, where she taught English at West Hazleton High School in the 1960s and subsequently, Spanish at D.A. Harmon Jr. High School through the 1970s and 1980s.
She had been living with her son and daughter-in-law in their home in Weatherford, Texas since October 2008.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann; and her brother, Charles,in 2010.
Survivors include her husband, Don Kotzer; son, Don J. Kotzer and wife Milissa, and their children, Danielle and Dominic, Weatherford, Texas; son, Charles Kotzer and wife, Laureen, Norristown; and brother-in-law, Norbert Kotzer and wife, Nancy, West Hazleton.

Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Azle, Texas, on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
