Mrs. Oza Dye, 29 years old, died at her home near Nancy - January 14 of tuberculosis. She had been in ill health for nine months. She was the daughter of Mr. J.D. Pyles, of near Nancy. Besides her father, she is survived by her husband, D. Dye; two brothers, V.K. Pyles and Ezra Pyles; of Nancy; five sisters, Mrs. Vida Johnson, Mrs. Vona Weddle, Mrs. Nellie Johnson, Mrs. Zella Girkey and Alta Pyles. The funeral service was held Friday morning at Nancy and was conducted by Rev. Wesley Colyer. Deceased was a member of the White Oak Baptist Church.

Miss Oza Pyles, of Nancy, and Mr. C.D. Dye of Ringgold were married on Saturday, February 2, at 3:30 o'clock by Rev. Wesley Colyer at his residence near Somerset. Only a few intimate friends were present.

Mrs. Dye is the attractive daughter of Magistrate, J.D. Pyles of Nancy. For a number of years she has been a teacher in the county schools and was a most efficient one. Recently she attended the Somerset Business School, where she was one of the honor students.

Mr. Dye has a position in the office of the Collector of Internal Revenue, at Lexington. He is a splendid young man. Mr. and Mrs. Dye will live in Lexington."
