The graveside service for Willard C. Blair, 69, who died July 17, 2002, was held at Pleasantview Cemetery in Chester with the Rev. Thomas Charlton officiating. Soloist was Katy Charlton. American Legion Post 67 provided military honors. Masonic Olive Brand Lodge 64 and Mitzpah Order of Easter Star also participated in the service. Pallbearers were Michael Blair, Troy Blair, Neil Munroe, Todd Blair, Josh Blair and Bryce Blair.
