Funeral services will be held at 3:30 today at the Cavanaghand Schuenerman Funeral Home for Mrs. Frank (Edith) Hawkins, 65, a resident of Canton, who died Thursday afternoon in Graham Hospital, Canton. The Reverend Raymond Hartman, Pastor of St. Peter's Evangelical Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
Mrs. Hawkins, former Kewanee resident died after a short illness. She was born Sept. 6, 1899, at Canton, the daughter of Thomas and Angeline Dorman. She attended schools in Canton and was married to Frank Hawkins on March 10, 1917 at Lewiston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, Dec. 12, 1964.
Surviving are one son Gerald Hawkins of Downers Grove and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters and one brother. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Club of Kewanee.
