Grace Parker, 88, formerly of 210 Hill Ave. died at 6 a.m. Aug. 14, 1986, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
She was born Dec. 1, 1897, in Wapello County to John R. and Anna Searles Warren. A lifelong resident of Wapello County and Eldon, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ottumwa. She married Guy Parker on Jan. 12, 1932, in Kirksville, Mo. He died in 1962. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Robertson Jay Funeral Home, the Rev. Larry Garrett of First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Ottumwa Cemetery. Family visitation is 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Sunnyslope Care Center.
