FAIRHOPE -- Sara Eastman Buchanan, who was a native of Texas and a resident of Fairhope, died March 3, 2002 at an area health care facility. She was 73. Survivors include two sons, Michael E. Buchanan of Fairhope and Joe Alan Buchanan of Annandale, Va.; a daughter, Margaret Ann Goggins of Dallas; a sister, Venita Farmer of Arlington, Texas; a brother, Jimmy Ray Eastman of Ft. Worth, Texas; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. at Wolfe Funeral Home in Fairhope. A graveside service will be held in Smithfield Cemetery in Smithfield, Texas.
