Mrs. Williams is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George and Fannie Mathis. She was a faithful member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, and remained dutiful and faithful until her health failed her. Mrs. Williams was previously married to Mr. Nebraska Bland, whom she shared eight beautiful children with. She later married Mr. Peter Williams, and to this union two chilren were born. Mr. Williams was the father of 9 children from his previous marriage, and his wife Narsis became a loving mother to those children as well.

She leaves to mourn, her daughters, Mrs. Elnora Potete, Mrs. Annie Bell Turner, Mrs. Eppie W. Waller, all of Macon, Georgia; Mrs. Beatrice Williams (F. M. Williams) of Lizella, Georgia, Ms. Carrie M. Bland of Eatonton, Georgia, and Mrs. Mildred Reid (Elijah Reid) of Atlanta, Georgia; sons, Mr. Roosevelt Williams, Mr. Adolphus Williams and Mr. Charlie Williams of Eatonton, Georgia, Mr. Oscar Williams (Geneva Williams) of Newark, Ohio; sons-in-law, Mr. Ausil Lee Stewart and Mr. Evans Glover of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Mr. Terrell Dorsey and Mr. Robert Farley of Eatonton, Georgia; daughters-in-law, Mrs. Tommie Lee Williams, Mrs. Gladys Williams, Mrs. Mattie Lue Williams, all of Eatonton, Georgia; and, Mrs. Essie Williams of Newark, Ohio; two foster children, 57 grandchildren, 89 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and dear friends.

The Homegoing Services were held on January 24, 1975, at the Mount Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Joseph Crawford officiating.
