Lucille Pottorff , 90, of St. Joseph, passed away Saturday, March 24 at a local health care center.
Mrs. Pottorff was born January 25, 1922 in Halleck, MO to Samuel J . and Nancy J. (Osborn) Wall . She graduated from Benton High School in St. Joseph and was a life-long Christian.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Clifton Wall .
She is survived by two daughters: Vicki Stewart and Julie Pottorff, both of Des Moines; two sisters Maxine Garvis and Shirley Punzo, both of St. Joseph and five nephews Daryl Garvis of Kansas City, MO, Kevin Garvis of St. Joseph, David and Mark Riley of the Salt Lake City, UT area and Larry Wall.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 28 at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith and Sidenfaden Chapel. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Chapel. Interment will be at the Halleck Cemetery, Faucett, MO.
The family requests memorials to the Hands of Hope Hospice in St. Joseph.
