Olga Wagner
Olga "Ollie" Anna Wagner (nee Kreil), 82, of Columbus and formerly of Elyria, died Saturday at her home after a short illness.
Born in 1909 in Merrill, Wisc. and lived 42 years in Elyria.
From 1954 - 1975, she managed the office of the family business, the wagner Sign Co. in Elyria. After she retired in 1975, she and her late husband moved to Tempe, Ariz. She moved to Columbus in 1979 after her husband's death.
Mrs. Wagner was a member of the Church of the Open Door in Elyria.
Survivors include two sons, Carl William wagner, Jr. of Elyria and Gerald "Jerry" Wagner of Waulkhiggin,Ill.; a daughter, Marjorie pendleton of Columbus; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ellen Dykstra of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Carl
William Wagner, Sr. in 1979, two grandsons, Stephen R. Wagner in 1965 and scott wagner in 1972, a brother, Marty, and sisters, Lillian and Annette.
Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Hmmpel Funeral Home, 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst, where services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, with Rev. David R. Walls, senior pastor of the Church of the Open Door, officiating.
Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria.
