NEW MILLPORT - Ai Bloom, 82, a retired New Millport merchant, died Sunday at 10 a.m.
Born June 20, 1875, in New Millport, he was the son of John and Annie (Bloom) Bloom. He was married to the former Verna Meekman who preceded him in death.
Mr. Bloom is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs Estella Brown, New Millport; C D Bloom, Altoona, C G Bloom, Clearfield; Mrs. Marie Norris, Philadelphia; and John G Bloom, Youngstown, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one brother and sister.
Funeral services will be from the Lininger Funeral Home tomorrow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Edgar J. Workman officiating. Interment will be in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
