He appeared in 113 films between 1925 and 1952 and was noted for being in Universal Studios' first two "Dracula" films. His many credits include "The Swan" (1925), "Arizona Terror" (1931), "Air Devils" (1938), "Hostages" (1943), "Yolanda and the Thief" (1945) and "Macao" (1952). He died at the age of 58 in Hollywood, California.
