MRS. EDGAR GREELEY DIES AT NORTONVILLE
Mrs. Lillie Adell Ellis Greeley, 80, widow of Edgar T. Greeley, died this morning at her home in Nortonville.
Funeral services will be held at the Nortonville Methodist church at 3 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. C. B. Dennison, the Rev. V. A. Wilson and the Rev. C. Vincent Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Nortonville cemetery. The Warren Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Greeley joined the Methodist church at an early age and was a member of the Rebekah lodge. She was born at Delta, Ia. July 25, 1868, and was married to Edgar T. Greeley in 1908. He and a daughter, Miss Allie Greeley, preceded her in death.
Surviving are four children: Miss Nannie Greeley and Miss Ethel Greeley of the home; John Greeley, Little Rock, Ark., and Charles Greeley, Topeka; two brothers, Walter Ellis, Delta, Ia., and Will Ellis, Olhe, Ia.; a sister, Mrs. Emma Garrett, Stillwater, Okla.; three grandsons, two granddaughters and a great-grandson.
