Winifred was a daughter of Adolphus Decker and his wife, Mary Emma Beasley.

She married Harry Fountain Nivison on 24 Jun 1915 in Linoleumville now known as Travis, Staten Island.

Unfortunately, the marriage didn't last and they divorced sometime between 1930 & 1942. They had no children.

Winifred never remarried and used her maiden name for the balance of her life.

Winifred had siblings:

Addie May b. 1887, Adolphus, Jr. b. 8 Jun 1890, Myrtle b. 24 May 1892, Hilda b. 10 Sep 1898, Leonola b. 8 Jul 1900 and Reginald b. 16 Dec 1903.
