Mary Spikes Drewett
Mary Spikes Drewett, 81, of Grant Parish died at 2 a.m. Sunday in Rapides General Hospital.
She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church, Tioga, a correspondent for the Colfax Chronicle and widow of Homer B. Drewett.
She was a lifelong resident of Grant Parish.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. C.L. Lemoine of Montgomery, Mrs. E.W. Church of Alexandria and Mrs. J.P. Welch of Dry Prong.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Rush, Pineville, with the Revs. Warren Hill and Clarence Brooks officiating. Burial will be Hargis Cemetery under direction of Rush, Pineville.
