They lived then in Rancho Mirage of Palm Springs before it was the mecca it is now.
She had two children Ken in Nov 1940 and my wife Sherry in March of 1944. After WW2 them moved to El Segundo and Paul built a house on Lomita Ave which still stands today. They moved to Belmont Heights (East Long Beach CA) in 1968 and she stayed in the same apartment near 1st and Redondo Ave until mid 2001 when we moved here to a board and care facility
In the late 1940s she became active in the Jehovah's Witness Church and was a dedicated follower in the Belmont Shore branch. She remained active in that church until her passing due to cancer in November of 2001.
