Josephine (Scott) Roach Francetto Dowling, 79, Indianapolis, died Feb. 11. She co-owned with her husband, the late William Dowling, B.J.'s Full Figure fashions for 17 years, retiring in 1994. Previously, she was a waitress. She was a member of Northeast Church of Christ. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Indianapolis. Services: 10 a.m. Feb 16 in Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center at Washington Park East with calling from 4 to 8 p.m. Feb 14 and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb 15. Burial: Floral Park Cemetery. Survivors: daughter Georgia Patricia Mathews: sister Lucille Berkowitz, Mary "Johnnie" Miller; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
