Mr. Garner served in the Marine Corps. He was an installer for a billboard company.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Baue-Davis Funeral home, 311 Wood Street, O'Fallon. Burial will be at St. Peter's Cemetery, 2101 Lucas and Hunt Road, north St. Louis County. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Among survivors are two sons, Greg Garner and Devyn Garner, both of California; one daughter, Jennifer Eads of Wright City; one brother, Paul Garner of St. Louis; four sisters, Evelyn Boaz of O'Fallon, Doris Boaz of Affton, Lorraine Zdvorak of Glencoe, and Norma Siemer of St. Louis; and one grandchild.
