Lila Mae Rountree of 4150 Lions Place died Friday in a local hospital after an extended illness. She was 73.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Snow's Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.

A native of Toombs County, Mrs. Rountree lived in Macon for the past 36 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Napier Avenue Church of God.

Survivors include two sons, Bruce Rountree of Lawrenceville and Wendell Webb of Waynesboro, Va.; two sisters, Addie Hunter and Louise Tomlinsen, both of Jasper, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will greet friends from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight in the funeral home.
