Mrs. Laura B. (Rock) Wells, 75, of 6 second Avenue, Scottsdale, died at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday in the Frick Community Hospital in Mount Pleasant after a lingering illness. She was born October 3, 1896, at Layton, the daughter of the late Charles and Charlotte (Rummel) Rock. She was a member of the Scottsdale Church of Christ and the Loyal Women's bible Class.
Surviving are three sons, Francis L. Culler of Lake Lynn, John Culler of Scottsdale and Harry F. "Bud" Wells of Scottdale, five daughter, Mrs. Merle (Theora) Christy of Long Island, New York, Mrs. Laura Santmyer, Mrs. Earl (Marie) Cramer, Mrs. Thomas (June) Crahisk and Mrs. Donald (Betty) Melo___, all of Scottdale; 40 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles Rock of Layton, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Viola) N___, of Perryopolis, and Mrs. Charles (Hazel) Snoden of Greensboro.
