OBIT: SCOTTDALE: Harry C (Red) White), 85, of 231 Military Parkway, Fort Thomas, Kentucky, formerly of Scottdale, died at 10.30am Thursday at his home.
He was born on 1 Oct 1884 in Scottdale, a son of the late Isaac and Minerva Flack White. He was a retired roller for the Interlake Steel plant at Newport Kentucky. He was a member of the Robert Burns Lodge No.163, F&AM of Kentucky, the Indra Consistory of Covington, Kentucky, and Syria Shirine of Cincinnati Ohio and the Modern Woodmen and Knights of Pythias lodges. He was a member of Hose Co No.4 Scottdale Voluntary Fire Department for over 50 years.
Surviving are two sons; H Elwood White of Fort Thomas, Kentucky; and Ernest R of Elkins Park, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs Mille Berger White in 1913, and by an infant.
