Elwood Hull, 68, a lifetime resident of Roundhead, died suddenly at 9:00 am Monday, Feb 15, in Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton. He had been ill only briefly and his death was unexpected.
Known to all his friends as "Woodie", he was born November 10, 1902, in Roundhead, son of Madison E. and Sarah (McComsey) Hull. He was a farmer all of his life.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Nell Siper of Grand Rapids; four brothers, Robert Hull of Kenton, Edwin Hull of Roundhead, Harry Hull of Toledo and Richard Hull of Sylvania.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dec. 15, 1941 and his father Feb. 2, 1969. Also two brothers, Mack and Cledith Hull.
Funeral services will be held at the Hilty-Swope Funeral Home with the Rev. Edmund E. Wells, pastor of the Roundhead United Methodist Church. Internment will be at the Roundhead Cemetery.
