Edward C Schultz, 85, 627 Monroe Street Port Clinton formerly of Route 3, Oak Harbor, died Sunday at Magruder Hospital at 11pm of a probable heart attack.
He was born in rural Oak Harbor on March 28, 1895 to Charles and Laura (Kegley) Schultz.
He married Josephine Hess on Feburary 12, 1918 and she died June 21, 1958.
Survivors are 2 sons, Myron L Port Clinton and Glenn A Oak Harbor; 1 daughter Mrs Ralph (Marjorie)Zunk Oak Harbor; 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter; 2 brothers Sinnia Oak Harbor and Paul Sandusky; 2 sisters Mrs Alfred (Myrtle) Lilje Sandusky and Mrs Richard (Cora) Witt Martin.
His wife, 1 daugter, 4 sisters and 1 brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Robinson Funeral Home Oak Harbor after 7pm today. Services will be Wednesday at 2pm in St John Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor, the Rev Steven Werner officating.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorials may be made to Peace Lutheran Church public address system and St John Lutheran Church Oak Harbor.
