Mr. Grandstaff was seventy- four years of age and his death was caused by hardening of the arteries.
He was a lifelong resident of Delphi, and was among the respected citizens of the community which was his home.
Three sons and four daughters survive.
Burial was in the I.O.O. cemetery.
