Antonio died of a skull fractured caused by a fall of coal in the Sykesville Mine Shaft of the B.R. & P Coal Company that had happened at about 9 A.M.,he passed away 5 minutes after the incident,as reported by J.C. Sayers,Coroner of Reynoldsville.
