Erna Schulz nee Kellner...Daughter of Johann Kellner and Ann Kellner nee Gehbauer...Erna was born in Hodnitz Kreis Znaim, Sudetenland,CSR.(Czech). This area had many Germans and they had been there many, many years...Her parents owned a farm and after the WW2, they were forced to leave their home with very few belongings...The bare minimum!
They had to give up their home and farm!
They made many stops before arriving in Ludwigsburg months later!...Her brother Karl was born during their travels and from what I learned, a farmer took them in when Karl was born.
Her father worked several jobs before finding a permanant job and a home!.
Erna was first married to Heinrich Krimmer...From this union were three daughters and one son....Erna and Heinrich were later divorced and later on Erna married Gerhard Schulz...They had a happy marriage for many years before Gerhard passed away.
Erna and Gerhard are both buried in Eglosheimer Friedhof, Eglosheim, Germany...Eglosheim is a small village by Ludwigsburg...The cemetery comes under the jurisdiction of Ludwigsburg.
