Mrs. Clera Pearl Adkison Kinzer, 93, widow of Alton Kinzer and a resident of the Fly Road in the Santa Fe Community of Maury County, died Wednesday, April 28, 2004 at NHC/ Hillview in Columbia, Tennessee.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kinzer will be conducted, Friday April 30, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Oliver Pantall and Mike Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Santa Fe Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Charles and Sarah “Tish” Stanfill Adkison. She was a retired cafeteria worker at the Santa Fe School and a homemaker. She was an avid crocheter and quilter. She was a member of the Water Valley Church of Christ in which she was a long-time children’s Sunday School Teacher.

She is survived by a daughter, Jewelle (Jerry) Dukes of Santa Fe, TN; a sister, Gladys Shepherd of Fairview, TN; two grandsons, Micah (Donna) Dukes of Santa Fe, TN and Staff Sgt. Mark (Marcia) Dukes of the United States Air Force; a step great-granddaughter, Jamie Gibson of Santa Fe, TN; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by five sisters and three brothers.
