WILLIAM R. BAKER

Cremation arrangements for William R. Baker, 69, are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore. Mr. Baker passed away Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005 at his home in Kilgore.

Mr. Baker was born Jan. 7,1936 in Ryan, OK. He was an independent contractor for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors with friends, fishing, playing golf, cooking out and traveling in his RV. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Bob Baker.

He is survived by his wife Zevia Baker of Kilgore; four sons, Gregg and Marie Baker of San Antonio, Cliff Edward and Mia Baker of Oregon, Brett Baker of Kilgore and Peter Graves of California; one brother, Don Baker of California; one sister, Linda Gayle Smith of Iowa; eight grandchildren, many other loving family and friends.
