Fred Austin Anderson, age 66, passed on January 6, 1995. Mr. Anderson was a 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason and was a member of John B Garrett Lodge #711 F.&A.M.

Survived by wife, Julia Rainey Anderson; sons, Fred "Andy" (Karen) Anderson and Terry (Becky) Anderson, grandchildren, Jarrod Anderson, Trent Anderson, Brittany Anderson, Wendy Anderson and Stacy Anderson; sisters, Ethel (Harold) Stinson, Obera Carroll, Alene Carroll and Irene Bowsher; brothers, Buford Anderson, Robert "Buck" Anderson, Howard Anderson and Roy Anderson.

Visitation with the family was held at 1-4 PM and 6-9 PM on Saturday, January 7, 1995 at the Woodbine Funeral Home Hickory Chapel located at 5852 Nolensville Road in Nashville. Funeral Services were conducted at 2 PM on Sunday, January 8, 1995 at Woodbine Funeral Home Hickory Chapel. Jim Yates officiated. Interment followed at Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin. Nephews served as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Men of Radnor Church of Christ, Harold Fox, Audis Fox, T.C. Fox, Gilbert Fox, Joe Burns, Robert Burns, Grady Phillips, Robert Taylor, Sr., Robert Taylor, Jr., Gary Engberg, Wayne "Buddy" Anderson, R.W. Harris, Floyd Reed, Bill Primm, Nelson Alexander, George Berry, Tommy Holder, and Customers and Friends of former Anderson Brothers Garage.
