DR. FREDERICK LAKE BRIGHTS DISEASE VICTIM
Dr. Frederick W. Lake, 45, died Sunday a this home, 5010 Capitol avenue, after an illnes s of six weeks. Death was attributed to Bright's disease. Funeral servicves will be held a t 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the residence.
Dr. Lake was born and raised in Omaha. He is a son of the late Judge George B. Lake.
Surviving are the widow, an infant son, and two children from a former marriage, Lawrence , 16, and Kathryn, 14.
The daughter, Katherine, who makes her home with her mother, who recently married Willia m Clarke of Los Angeles, Cal., and who with her husband is now on a honeymoon trip to Alaska . The son has been living here with his father, but probably will make his future home wit h his mother.
Dr. Lake was a member of the Masonic order.

DR. FREDERICK W. LAKE DEAD; FUNERAL TODAY
Dr. Frederick W. Lake, son of a wealthy pioneer Nebraska family, died Sunday morning afte r a month's illness at his home at 5010 Capital avenue. He was the son of George B. Lake, fo rmer justice of the state supreme court. He is survived by two children by his first wife, L awrence Lake, student at Kemper, and daughter, Katherine, in California, and a son, Robert, b y his second wife.
Dr. Lake's divorced wife married last week in Los Angeles, Cal., to W.A. Clarke and she i s now on her honeymoon in Alaska.
Dr. Lake was a captain in the medical corps during the war. The Mason will have charge o f the funeral services, which are to be held this afternoon at 2.
