Ida's newspaper obituary states that her funeral would be held in the Christian Church at Switzer, Logan County, WV, and the body would be transported Ragland, Mingo County, WV, for burial in the Varney Cemetery, BUT the OFFICIAL WV Death Certificate states that she was buried in the Steele Cemetery in Switzer, Logan County, WV, under the direction of Harris Funeral Home, Switzer, WV, on May 17, 1948, and her death certificate was signed by L. E. Steele, M.D., on May 18, 1948.
