Vincent Joseph Serio, 81, a life-long resident of Shreveport, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012. He retired after 30 years Rolston Purina. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a charter member of St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Bobbye Bell Serio, who he was married to for 59 years. He is also survived by one sister, Sarah Carbone; two sons, Samuel Serio and Thomas Serio; one daughter, Pam Minto; six grandchildren, Vince Serio, Scott Serio, Nathaniel Minto, Caroline Minto, Jonathan Minto, and Michael Minto; and three great-grandchildren, Gabriel Serio, Taryn Mae Serio, and Kelli Serio. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Forest Park West Cemetery.
