Margie Lee Coffey age 84 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Brookridge Cove Nursing Center in Morrilton.

She was born December 2, 1927 at Seminole, Oklahoma to the late Delmer Z. "DZ" and Audie Oxford Lynch.

She was an accountant for Arkansas Tech University for 22 years. She was a member of the Dardanelle First Baptist Church, Boyce Woods VFW Post 3141 Women's Auxiliary. She was an avid Nascar fan and she loved all other sports as well and her dog Gator was the light of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald Lemoyne Coffey and a brother, Lawrence "Bozo" Lynch.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Pamela Coffey of Dardanelle; four grandchildren, Lori Jones and husband Brent and Brian Coffey of Georgia, Jeff Coffey of South Carolina, and Matthew McNally of Raleigh, North Carolina; nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Monday, June 18, 2012 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. at the funeral home.

Honorary Pallbearers: Boyce Woods VFW post 3141 Women's Auxiliary.
