Fred Snell Passes Away at Mayer, Ariz.

A telegram received here yesterday afternoon announced the critical illness of Fred Snell at Mayer, Ariz., and another message this morning announced his death. His brother, Frank Snell, left last night for that place and will bring the body here for burial. Other relatives in this city are the mother, Mrs. P. C. Snell, and sister, Mrs. George Hirsch. He is also survived by a widow, son and daughter at Lakeport, Cal. Snell had gone to Mayer recently to superintend the erection of a saw mill, and reltives received a letter from him a week ago in which he said that he was in excellent health. The body will be taken to the Holton & Son funeral parlors.
