On right Mary Elizabeth "Betty" (Van Kirk) Vandeveer. Dent was born June 28, 1890, so this was probably taken in late 1890 or 1891.

William Allen and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Van Kirk Vandeveer, married 55 years. Creighton News, January 5, 1939, Creighton, Nebraska (In order to have been married 55 years in 1939 they would have had to be married in 1884, which is the date the obituary has for their marriage.)

In front: William Allen Vandeveer, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" (Van Kirk) Vandeveer
In back: their daughter Ella "Mae" Vandeveer Winfrey, their son Dent Absalom Van Deveer. This was probably taken in the late 1930s or very early 1940s, since William died in 1942, and the photo was probably taken in either Stella, Nebraska, or Creighton, Nebraska.
