Eileen M. Burris, 92, formerly of 1706 Winston Drive in St. Marys, OH died 4:35 p.m. Sunday June 24, 2012 at St. Marys Living Center. She was born December 12, 1919 in Auglaize Co., OH to Cloise and Alma (Zink) Naylor. On November 11, 1938 she married James F. Nester who died July 6, 1968. She then married Doug Burris on May 15, 1969 and he died December 24, 2006.
Survivors include step-children: Ned (Donna) Burris of West Chester, OH, Nancy Anderson of New Bremen, OH, Jeannie (Gary) Hasenkamp of Delphos, OH; 2 step-grandchildren: Nathan Anderson and Erin Burris-Nuce; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents Cloise and Alma Naylor, siblings: Florence Burris, A. Marie Kinstle, Robert Naylor, Jack Naylor.
She was employed at Fisher Cheese Co. in Wapakoneta for 27½ years. Her favorite pastimes included cooking, needlepoint and reading.
Private family services will be held. Burial will take place in Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
